I got this VS Strawberries and Champagne Perfume from my good friend, Joyce Sola! It smells absolutely amazing!!! Thank you Joyce!

I got sick a few weeks back, and I read how bathing with Epsom Salt makes you feel better! I got this huge container of it from Healthy Options for only PHP99.00! What I did was mix this with lukewarm water and used it to bathe myself. It felt so relaxing!

To aid in my quick recovery, I took Berroca. Although partly against this having the harmful ingredient aspartame, it really, somehow, boosts vitamins and minerals into my body, giving me the energy that I need. You can find this at any drugstore :)

Calamansi Juice concentrate. This tastes amazing mixed with water! I took this 3 times a day until I felt better. It works! It’s one of my favorite Pinoy drinks ever!!!! Got this from the SM Supermarket.

FINALLY GOT MY BATISTE DRY SHAMPOO!! XXL Volume is the one that I am holding here, and I LOVE IT! It boosts volume and is perfect for hair like mine. (My hair tends to flatten out on top) I got the 200ml for PHP550.00 from http://www.makeuphub.com.ph/product/xxl-volume

We are so happy to share about the CEBU MAKEUP WORKSHOP that happened last May 2, 2014! Joyce Sola, professional makeup artist, together with myself and our photographer Mark flew to Cebu to conduct our first out of town Basic and Advanced Makeup Workshop!

The venue was at the beautiful Best Western Plus Lex Cebu—everyone (the staff/managers) was so accommodating and hospitable! We experienced no problem with the hotel!

All the freebies were laid out for all the participants of the Cebu Workshop! Their tables were filled with goodies!

I shared about BASIC MAKEUP APPLICATION, while our resident professional makeup artist Joyce Sola gave tips and tricks on ADVANCED MAKEUP ARTISTRY! :) Our participants sure learned a lot from her talk! It was great!

I met my one true match…W3 WARM NUDE BEIGE!

Here’s a side by side comparison of what my skin looks like with and without the foundation:As you can clearly see, I don’t have perfect skin! I have blemishes, dark spots, uneven skintone, and an oily T-zone brought about by my combination skin type. I also have visible pores on my cheek area.

1. It clearly evened out my skin tone

I was born with naturally straight hair, and one of my top problems is having 0% volume on top of my head, and making the curls last all day long. If only we could all wake up with big beautiful waves!!! (I envy those who have such)

I have a simple how-to post for you today on how to achieve the locks I have in the photos shown below:

I actually don’t have ombre hair, my roots are just showing! If you remember clearly, I dyed my hair black a few months ago, and for some reason, the browns from my previous color came back. I don’t have any idea why!

Unlike in other countries, we always shampoo and condition our hair [in the Philippines] so there is no such thing as day-old hair, 2-day old hair; just for the information of my foreign readers.

1. I started off with newly shampooed hair, towel and air-dried.

2. I combed through to get rid of tangles and for easier styling.

3. I applied my favorite heat protectant as of the moment which is the TRESemme Keratin Smooth Heat Protection Shine Spray all over my hair before curling.

5. I used the largest wand/barrel 32MM to create beautiful soft waves***BE VERY CAREFUL as this wand get hot really quickly! I made sure I wore my safety glove to prevent burning my fingers.
